AVG Secure VPN provides a solid collection of features for a reasonable cost. It doesn’t keep logs of activity it uses the OpenVPN tunneling protocol, which is useful to protect your internet traffic, and allows unblocking of Netflix ALL OF US, BOLLE CONSOMMATION iPlayer and Hulu It provides eight P2P servers that are designed for torrenting. It is an uncluttered application that gives a respectable speed. It allows users to label home wi-fi sites as private or perhaps secure, features a community product gain feature, as well as a network kill switch, and the 30-day money-back guarantee.
However, it’s not doing very well on the Netflix front as its competitors. The streaming servers of Netflix aren’t always quick enough to prevent website’s IP problems, and the company doesn’t offer the option of live chat or a knowledge base. There are also only the option of a few pricing plans which include one-year packages and three-year subscriptions.
However, it does keep some of the user’s data on its servers, such as timestamps of connections and data usage. This isn’t uncommon for VPN providers, though it’s more problematic than the other providers’ policies. It also doesn’t include extensions to browsers, apps for smart TVs, or a router app.
AVG Secure VPN offers a good selection of features and is reasonably priced however its small number of Netflix-compatible servers is a bit disappointing. The app is simple to use and offers an option to automatically connect whenever you connect to the Internet. You can also modify the settings of the application to prevent it from recording your activity or sharing your connection details with AVG.
